Update: Orders revoked for soldier challenging prez

So the lawyer claims it is a huge victory and shows that the military knows Obama is illegitimate. I think a much simpler explanation is that the military said to themselves: Either we can spend a lot in legal fees to force this guy who obivuosly has no patriotism or sense of duty left in him to fight, or we can just drop it and be better off not having such a ridiculous person in our army.
